About Sentro 1771

Sentro 1771 is a modern Filipino-themed restaurant. It offers a casual and cozy ambiance with its well-cushion mismatched Filipino-style chairs and wooden tables.

On their menu list, they have the signature sinigang na corned beef. Here, chef Vicky Pacheco uses tender, chunky, homemade corned beef as a substitute for the usual beef brisket, bringing out delicious flavors in the sour soup. Savor the bite-sized galunggong fillets fried in olive oil and garnished with toasted garlic.

And for Sentro 1771’s decadent desserts. They have Kesong puti. A soft, no-crust cheesecake served with a side of quezo de bola slices and salted egg.

The first in modern Filipino cuisine, Sentro 1771 pioneered the concept of playing with our favorite local dishes using a variety of Western and Asian influences. Since 2002, they've been delighting customers by serving classic Filipino fare with a twist.

About us Sentro 1771 was the first to introduce modern Filipino food. It introduced the idea of mixing local favorites with Western and Asian cuisines. The restaurant is a popular choice for tourists, locals and balikbayans alike. Its original, innovative dishes like Sinigang na Corned Beef and Rated GG have made it a household favorite. It has been delighting customers since its opening in 2002 with traditional Filipino cuisine.

Sentro 1771 branches have beautiful wood interiors with warm lighting. This gives them a rustic feel, which is perfect for hosting hearty meals and gatherings. Sentro 1771 is the epitome of Filipino culture, with its delicious food and warm, friendly service. Sentro 1771 Greenbelt 5 Sentro 1771 Capitol Commons Sentro 1771 One Bonifacio
