In 1992, Gary and Diane Heavin founded Curves International, a women-only gym in Harlingten, Texas. In 2012, they opened their first branch in Metro Manila and had served the female Filipino fitness community across five branches.

Curves is perfect for those who want privacy when working out. The gym fosters a very welcoming and safe environment for women who are otherwise intimidated to go to the gym alone. Also, the equipment, fitness classes, and how coaches speak to you were designed to be used by women of all age groups.

They are the only gym I’ve seen in Metro Manila that use 12 hydraulic resistant machines, wherein it’s as heavy as the speed you use the machine with. 

The Curves exists solely for the purpose of supporting women in their wellness, fitness, weight loss and life goals.
