Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from De La Salle University in 2003 Passed the CPA Board Examination immediately thereafter External auditor at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms - PriceWaterhouseCoopers Philippines Senior Auditor for BDO USA, LLP Finance Manager for Fonality Philippines, Inc. Current Finance Director at KMC Solutions.

Responsible for the vital operation of KMC Network Operations Center NOC. Oversees senior managers and clients. Assures technical risk management for Fonality Philippines, Inc. Expert in financial planning analysis, budgeting and cost control.

Also held roles in operations management, strategic planning, process improvement, corporate strategy, and change management. Extensive experience with both the sell and buy-sides of M A Leads. Responsible for company-wide strategic initiatives. Over 100 employees are managed by the Operations Manager.

She previously worked in a British-owned BPO company. Nancy Martinez-Arce, VP for Legal Administration, is responsible for providing legal guidance to KMC MAG Group and their clients. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Ateneo de Manila University. Also holds a Juris Doctor of Law degree from Ateneo Law School.

Assists corporations and clients with their legal obligations. Helps clients reach their goals and stay within the bounds of law. Currently, Gian Reyes, VP of Marketing, is responsible for elevating KMC Solutions' brand.
