You should expect delivery delays if you send flowers to Valentine's Day. I expected this because I ordered my flower a week in advance and was hoping it was correctly accounted for.

This flower shop has nothing bad to say. Everything goes smoothly ordering and paying. The employees respond quickly to questions and requests, even on Sundays. Items arrive promptly and on time. I have never worried that I would be left with nothing.

It was a great experience to order flowers. The site is simple and easy to use. The staff will reach out directly for exchanges or delivery instructions. They are efficient and proactive.

They were very unprofessional with time management. My order was placed at 10am on February 1st. I informed them that I would pick it up at 1pm. But when I arrived, the flower was not available. Kudos also to the customer service and management teams who never showed any positivity even though they recognized that there was a problem.
