From a small range of brownies, cupcakes, bars, and one flavor, the owner expanded her dessert menu as she includes local flavors with french techniques and her unique appetite to make one-of-a-kind treats to meet the demands of Filipino sweet-lovers.
The Flour Girl was established by Nicole Allyson Uy after graduating and receiving her diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts at the International Culinary Center (formerly known as The French Culinary Institute), New York in October 2011.
