The Gilarmi Lounge

The hotel lounge has a vast array of wines, spirits and coffee from across the world, with 12 signature drinks that are modernized renditions of classic cocktails, as well as Turkish coffee and the siphon-brewed variant. For sumptuous light bites, Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco features his epicurean take on Filipino bar chow such as sisig and ceviche.

The Gilarmi Lounge features live music from Wednesdays to Saturdays, starting at 7:00 PM.

With a laid-back sophistication, the hotel’s lobby lounge pays homage to the historic Gilarmi Apartments, Asia’s first serviced apartments which once stood where the hotel now rises.

Review of Arrival Dates We stayed at Discovery Primea Makati two nights in May for two nights. It is a truly exceptional hotel. I am surprised that it didn t sell out immediately after soft launch.

The Discovery Primea will always be my choice for a hotel in Manila. Next year, I will be returning. After staying in many other hotels around the City, this hotel is the best. Warm and welcoming staff were there to greet me from the minute I arrived.

They were also very helpful. I loved the apartments. It's like a home away from home. You will find spacious rooms, modern appliances and a wide range of Chef-inspired menu choices.

We will be returning soon. This is a truly outstanding hotel. Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating, delicious food, outstanding facilities, amazing views of BGC, Makati, Ortigas Skyline and excellent accessibility. For sure, we will be returning.

Excellent ambiance and service. The experience from the lobby to the room was unreal. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for maintaining the rooms. This hotel chain is a great choice for my friends and family.
