Bathala Marketing Industries, Inc. (BMII) became the exclusive Philippine Master Franchise of Ziebart International Corp., of Michigan, U.S.A. Ziebart in 1972. They were the industry leader and pioneer in automotive renewal (cleaning & detailing), protection (rust-proofing, paint & fabric protection), and preservation products and services for almost 60 years.

Since then, they have built and earned a solid reputation for excellent and reliable workmanship in automotive. BMII varied its services with automotive repair introduction and body shop services through Carsavers in 1981. They aimed to enhance their reputation through constant close observation and inspection of highly trained, experienced technicians, up-to-date equipment, and techniques.

They are rated as a four-star automotive shop by the Department of Trade and Industry and were awarded the "INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE ASSOCIATION'S Most Distinguished Achievement Award" thrice.

Ziebart began operating in the ‘70s as an automatic renewal center. In the ‘80s, the company expanded its services to include auto repairs through CarSavers. Ziebart handles restoration, appearance, and protection services while Carsavers tackles repairs and maintenance, damage restoration, dent removal, and glass repairs.
