They added staples and favorites to their collection, including croissants, ciabatta, sweets, and brioche.

How 28 Derby was founded 28 Derby was born out of the simple desire to build a bakery that could bridge the gap between commercial and high-end artisanal bakeries. Our humble bakery began as a small service that provided sourdough bread for neighbors and their families. It then gradually grew into a business providing food and coffee in restaurants and cafes. We added many favorite items to our menu, including croissants, ciabatta and brioche. We look forward to sharing our passion for high quality breads with you.
