Escolta - Manila Peninsula

 Escolta has a vibrant open kitchen and live-action stations that allow patrons to ask questions and recommendations about the dishes in the buffet area.

There are many dishes to try, from home-baked bread, fresh pasta, and hand-rolled sushi to a charcuterie station, Chinese noodles, and carving station. 

You can also check out their wide selection of fresh salad wherein you can create your own salad, choose from the number of toppings and toss it all together with the classic and unique dressings for something refreshing. Then, move on to the charcuterie, which has a selection of cold cuts and cheese. They also have a farm-to-table concept highlighting fresh produce and favorite Filipino dishes.

Escolta is open Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner buffets.
