Caruso Ristorante Italiano

Opened in August 2002. Caruso Ristorante Italiano serves authentic Italian cuisine you can find in the country. Inspired by the flavors of Mina’s hometown, Milan, Caruso’s menu features dishes made from fresh ingredients. 

Caruso offers pizza flavors with generous premium toppings, mozzarella cheese, and a crunchy crust. Salsiccia pizza with tomato, mozzarella, mushroom, and Italian sausage is one of their best-selling pizza creations. They are also known for their simple but exquisite pasta dish Tagliolini with Fresh Truffle and Spaghetti Scoglio al Pomodoro, prepared with spicy tomato sauce, fresh shrimps, and seafood. It also comes with toasted bread that you can dip in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Caruso is also the only place that serves truffles all year round, best paired with Barbera d’ Alba red wine from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy.

The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
