About Chingolo Deli

CHINGOLO is an Argentinian Butchery and Kitchen owned by Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaff serving Bolzico, a pure Argentinian certified grass-fed Angus beef. Its name is inspired by the Argentinian term for “chuck tender” meat cut.

It is the first Argentinian-owned restaurant in the Philippines that serves Argentinian Bolzico beef with a Filipino restaurant concept and Filipino brand of hospitality.

The deli opens at 9 am and serves different cuts of Bolzico beef and chimichurri for an Argentinian steakhouse experience at home. As you enter through the back doors leading to the kitchen where the 25-seater restaurant is located.

The philosophy of Chingolo is to serve the food as is without being too elaborate and let the meat speak for itself.

All Chingolo deli products are specially created for you by our amazing team of chefs. Each batch is carefully and thoughtfully processed and packed for you to take home and enjoy whenever you want.

Each product is made with the same delicious meat we sell in-store. Sourced from grass-fed herds that are raised in green open pastures, every piece is hormone and antibiotic-free so that not only is it full of amazing flavor, it’s also a healthier meat selection for you and your family.

How can I have my order picked up but not delivered? You can either leave a message before you check out, or simply click on the Chingolo Deli shop pick up button. What time can my order be picked up? Orders are available for pickup Monday through Sunday, between 10am-6pm. Deliveries are available Monday through Sunday between 10am-6pm. Delivery times are not set. If you are unable to be there to pick up your order, please have another person to take it.

If this happens, please let us know. How to proceed after I place my order? You will be sent an email confirmation of the order. Our service team will send you a message via text to inform you of your order's status once it has been dispatched. When picking up your orders at our deli, bring the order confirmation sheet.

They are very nice people, but unfortunately there is a mold smell in the restaurant and one male worker was seen peeing outside. The meat quality is good but not the end dishes.

Although Chingolo deserves 5 stars, it wasn't the first time we tried it. We arrived at Chingolo at 5:20pm. The server was staring at our table and talking with the supervisor. She said that we should move. We enjoyed the delicious food. The receipt was attached. We also ordered two additional glasses of wine.

This is a great place. Most Argentinian restaurants serving USDA meats in Manila are excellent. It's the first time that an Argentinian-owned restaurant has Argentinian Bolzico beef.
