FAQs Q C How can I travel to Hotel Durban? Hotel Durban is located 30 minutes away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Please give your taxi driver these directions if you're taking a taxi. Follow Makati Avenue towards the Burgos Entertainment district. After crossing Buendia Avenue make a left onto Burgos Street. Turn left on Durban Street.

The white four-storey Hotel Durban building is just past Makati Avenue. Q Are your rates inclusive of taxes and any applicable surcharges? A Our rates include all taxes, VAT and other charges. Q What amenities are included in the room? A All rooms include AC, cable TV and telephones with unlimited local calling. There is also a mini fridge, safe deposit box, and safety deposit box.

Our TVs have flat panels and are all lit by LED. Every room comes with its own bath, which can be used for hot or cold water. In-bath shower dispensers can also be used to provide liquid soap as well as a shampoo-bodywash. On request, a hair dryer can be requested.

Q Is there an elevator? A The rooms are spread over 4 floors. Please notify the front desk 48 hours in advance if you need a room located on a lower floor. Q Can each room hold two people? A Except for single occupancy Pullmans, rooms can be rented for up to three adults. However, an additional mattress may need to be purchased for an additional charge.

A room can be accommodated up to two children under 11 years old, provided that an extra mattress is not requested. Is breakfast included in the quoted room rates? A Our restaurant offers a wide range of breakfast options and is a great value. Q Is there Wi-Fi available? Yes. We offer complimentary high-speed wireless internet throughout our hotel and restaurant.

Are your rooms equipped with windows? All rooms are either interior or exterior-facing. All rooms in the Standard, Standard Classic and Pullmans are without windows. Please notify the front desk 48 hours in advance if you need a room that faces outside. Q Are you able to provide toiletries and hair dryers? A We have removed certain amenities that are found in more expensive hotels to give you an unbeatable experience.

Farfalla can be reached from 7AM until 12MN every day. Empire Bakery and Deli, the on-site bakery serves traditional New York City sandwiches. Q Can you provide room service? Yes. Our caf is open daily from 7AM-11PM.
