Txanton has one of the most authentic Spanish restaurants in Manila. The highlight of the dinner was undoubtedly the Jamon Bellota tasting flights. This showcased the variety of Spain's regions and featured jamon bellota from Extramadura Cordoba Huelva, Salamanca and Salamanca.
