Grace Park Dining is an eight-year-old farm-to-table restaurant serving Filipino-inspired Italian food founded by chef Margarita Forés. Its interiors may capture a converted NYC or London attic but give comfort as Grace Park is a tribute to Forés’ paternal grandmother.
They offer the seafood and squid ink Carta di musica salad, fried squash blossoms with mascarpone and prosciutto di parma, and of course, the carabao butter organic chicken and Ilocos garlic that will transport you to a Florentine back alley.
MARGARITA FORÉS has an enduring love affair with good food. While she had always been exposed to it being born a scion of one of the Philippines’ most illustrious families, it wasn’t until she was working in the corridors of power within the hollowed walls of couture giant Valentino in New York that the seeds of a future empire would be planted
Making a difference and keeping people safe.
