Mateo's Restaurant is perfect for couples looking to enjoy a romantic meal in peace and quiet (in our opinion, because it's monday), The food takes about 30 minutes to prepare. We haven't had the chance to try their kare-kare, but recommend their maple chicken wings or quesadilla. Sisig pasta makes a great dish. We will be back.

The restaurant has a charming ambiance. It is an old house that they converted into this quaint eating place. The food is very good. Some of the dishes we had were the Peruvian chicken and Salmon with risotto in black ink. Happy too that the...portions were not small. Hope they keep it this way. Their caramel chocolate cake … yummy too.

Quezon City's hidden treasure. The food here is excellent: Sisig, ribeye steak and caesar salad. Tapsilog lengua cakes are also excellent. The staff is friendly. The parking is a problem.

The restaurant wants to be fine dining but you have to pay for bread. The service and...ambiance were good, a home converted into a restaurant. We were overcharged, didn t notice until going ove... see more

It was my 2nd time here and I would not have returned if not for a get together with friends. This time we ordered chicken skin (the oil it was fried in tasted old), salpicao (it was swimming in oil), osso bucco risotto (the risotto was...nice and buttery but the meat was meh), and truffle pasta (okay pwede na). The savior was the lemon olive oil c... see more
