About Pablo Bistro

Pablo Bistro restaurant is known for its global menu. It is famous for European, Mediterranean, Spanish, and International cuisines. Dimmed lights, classy interior, comfortable furniture. Perfect for intimate gatherings or date nights.

They also have a streetside al fresco dining area for diners who want a view while eating or relaxing over a glass of a beverage. 

For their extensive food menu, they have Chorizo ‘Sobrasada’ Spring Rolls, a Spicy Chorizo wrapped in some wonton wrapper and then fried to crispy perfection. Salmon Carpaccio, Callos a la Madrileña made of thick broth, a good balance of sweet and salty flavors with loads of chorizo, and smooth and tender tripe.

Aside from an extensive food menu, Pablo Bistro is also known for its long list of alcoholic beverages. They have wines, spirits, and cocktails.

They are open daily from 6:00 am to 1:00 am Monday-Sunday.

Pablo Bistro is a Gourmet Restaurant. It serves a fusion of cuisines inspired by European, mediterranean, Spanish and International flavors.

(If there were six stars, I'd give them all. As a restaurateur, I finally discovered a Wine Bar Restaurant that uses all capital letters. It is excellent food. The chorizo pizza was good, but the Grilled salmon was well-seasoned. It came with a delicious salad. It might be a good idea to stop by on Saturdays to get the most unusual options like Wagyu tapa or Sardines & Kesong Puti pizzeria.

Makati's best neighborhood tapas and steak bar! Although we always say that we will try tapas, the reality is that we end up ordering the steak or wine special. It's so delicious and great value! !

We were not impressed by the food, even though it was our first stop. Paella was our favorite. The octopus and the gambas were both good. We may have ordered the wrong item, but the staff recommended every dish to us. It was clear that we struggled to communicate with each other. English was not widely understood by the staff serving breakfast.

The barstool searing was painful for large groups. There were not enough seats.

I ordered the cheeseburger, which was delicious. My friends also liked it. The all-day breakfast was good. The chicken Parmigiana was too oily.
