Terry's Bistro

Terry's Bistro and Gourmet store is one of Manila's finest restaurants serving European-inspired cuisine with an exquisite selection of wines. This gourmet store also carries specialty culinary items and food products from a vast assortment of hams, sausages, and cheese.

Chef JC de Terry, with his wife Mari, is the brain and the hands behind Terry's. He opened his first deli, Terry's Selection, in 1999. They consistently serve some of the best tapas, Spanish, and European dishes enlivened by the chef's innovative spin. After 22 years, the kitchen maestro continues to reinvigorate and update his menu, keeping his loyal clientele intrigued and excited.

Through his decades-long handiwork of bridging the gap between Spain, the Philippines, and Mexico in terms of the food and wine culture, he was awarded by the King of Spain Juan Carlos I the prestigious Encomienda del Merito Civil.

The restaurant's best-selling dishes are Chorizo Terry on Piggyback, with flames grazing the chorizo on the back of a pig-shaped cazeula, served on a platter, boasting the right amount of varying spices, enjoyed with slices of bread on the side. Best compliment with Cinco Jotas® Béchamel Croquettes, made of rich Béchamel, filled with Cinco Jotas® Jamón ibérico.

In addition, they also have Manchego Dumplings, with wonton wraps that are fried to a perfect golden brown, firmly keeping in place the intertwining saltiness brought by the thin slices of the Manchego cheese and Iberian salami. And to get the utmost best of what Terry's has in store, try the Terry's Special Black Angus Steak, a Spanish-style bone-in steak or chuletón that up to six people can relish. It is served with Rioja wine sauce, steakhouse fries, and roasted Piquillo peppers.
