The large portion of the classic roast pig was ordered by me. To my delight, the skin had been pan-fried to almost perfection! They did not tell us that the lechon skin would be prepared in this manner. We were only told when the lechon skin was ready to be served. Also, the lechon meat tasted stale. It was horrible to eat at Zubuchon's branch. This is the last time we will ever eat at Zubuchon.


With Family Sisig Ampalaya Filsh Sinigang, and some others, we had many Filipino foods to share.


The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the food they served was delicious thanks to logievee barriga. We'll be back.


The best Lechon so fat Manila, the roasted pork really is delicious


The lechon is my favorite. It's crispy and delicious.


Their lechon taste has changed significantly since their move here. It tastes like the skin has been refried and isn't crispy anymore.


Baked scallops and lechon are delicious, but everything else is meh.


This is lechon at its best. I have seen this resto many times in malls, but I refuse to eat there because it's all about lechon. But my wife asked me to order the Boneless Lechon Five Pork Fried rice M and a pumpkin soup. The staff stated that this was the lechon's belly. It is rare for a resto such as this to offer a meal like that.


It was only battered with no squid, and all was greasy. The orange and pineapple juice were water with sugar and coloring.


It is very disappointing that the original zubuchon was not available. I was told by the restaurant that it only serves Sunday and Sat.


I have recently dined at Zubuchon at Assembly Grounds at The Rise in Makati in the evening of 24th February.   I was with a Filipino friend who originally comes from Cebu. We have ordered spicy lechon, asian fried chicken and salted egg tomato salad. When...the food arrived, it already did not look right. It was obvious by only looking at the food that it was not freshly prepared but most likely only reheated, similar to food that is reheated in a turbo broiler. It was not fresh and the color was rather very dull. While slicing both the chicken and the lechon meat, it was too dry and unfresh. We gave feedback to the waiter and the manager trainee that it seemed like a reheated leftover or reheated from a morning (or day before) lechon. The manager trainee then explained that it could have been from the travel delivery because the lechon still comes from Bicutan. This was later on also confirmed by the waiter that it still had to come from Bicutan. For me, this information indirectly admits onto itself that the lechon was indeed not fresh. The quality was not there   nothing steaming, succulent, tender, glistening, crispy   definitely none of these.   I wrote to Zubuchon but my email was ignored. Silence probably means yes to admittance that the lechon was not fresh
